MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) - The Gadsden County Sheriff's Office is investigating after a woman was found dead in her home Sunday morning.
GCSO says the woman was found dead inside her home around 7:45 a.m. in the Rustling Pines subdivision.
Sgt. Anglie Hightower says the woman had known medical issues and they could not indicate anything suspicious with her death, but they are investigating and taking extra precautions because they say she was relatively young.
Sgt. Hightower states a forensic exam is being performed Monday and results are expected later this week.
