GARDENDALE, AL (WBRC) - Authorities with the Escambia County Sheriff's Office in Pensacola, Florida have confirmed Kenneth Lever - the man wanted for murdering three people this morning in Gardendale - is dead.

Officials say he committed suicide in the parking lot of a Navy Federal Credit Union in Pensacola this afternoon after he was pulled over during a traffic stop.

Gardendale police say Lever was the suspect in the murder of those three people who were shot and killed Wednesday morning in the 4100 block of Willow Bend Drive.

The victims have been identified as 50-year-old Dana Reeves Lever of Gardendale, 65-year-old Bonnie Reeves Foshee of Fultondale, and 69-year-old Don Austin Foshee of Fultondale.

Before he was confronted during a traffic stop in Florida, Lever was considered armed and dangerous.
