TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - Florida State University students were out in full force registering their peers to vote on Thursday.
The New Voters Project aims to highlight student registration and emphasize the important role that millennials serve in elections.
Thursday night, the New Voters invited 10 local politicians to come to the campus and speak on issues that are important to students.
According to the group, major issues that are dear to their demographic's heart include international affairs, social issues, and job placement. The last day to register to vote is Oct. 11th.
