TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL)--An FSU student is accused of soliciting a minor online for nude photos.
When the officer posing as a child told he was not going to receive nude photos, he said he was going to cut himself. The initial communication started on a social networking site then moved to text messaging.
Police determined the suspect was student, Michael Jacobs, who lived on campus at Degraff Hall. According to the arrest report, police were able to make contact with him via text message Tuesday afternoon.
He's charged with obscene communication use to seduce, solicit child.
