FOUND: FDLE Issues AMBER Alert on Missing Four Year Old

MILTON, Fla. (WTXL) -- The Florida Department of Law Enforcement have cancelled the AMBER Alert for Alanda McCoy.

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has issued an AMBER Alert for 4 year old, Alanda McCoy of Milton, Fla. 

Officers describe McCoy as a white female, 3 feet tall, and weighs 41 pounds. She also has brown eyes and brown hair. 

Investigators say McCoy was last seen on Tuesday, June 20, in the area of the 6000 of Berry Hill Road in Milton. She was wearing a yellow spaghetti strapped tank top, a light colored skirt and blue flip flops. 

The missing may be in the company of her abductor, William Kavchak, also known as Billy. They may be traveling in a 2007, green Mercury Montego, with the Florida tag number, Y53UNW.

The car may look light blue in color with a dent on the right front passenger bumper. The tail lights of the car have plastic covers with silver lines on them.
