Tallahassee, Fla. (WTXL) -- A North Florida pawn shop owner is sentenced to one year in federal prison after pleading guilty to multiple counts of selling firearms to a convicted felon and a single count to selling a firearm to someone under the age of 21.

Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms searched Chad Eric Jones's business- Gunslingers Pawn and Guns in Madison County in September of last year.

They say they found 67 firearms not listed in Gunslinger's acquisition and disposition book.

Jones reportedly admitted there was no record of the guns because he intended to sell them to people who were legally not allowed to have one.
