HIGHLANDS COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - A Florida Missing Child Alert has been issued for a 17-year-old who has been missing for a week.
Carla Lise, was last seen last seen in the area of the 6000 block of US Highway 27 North in Sebring, Florida on April 29.
Lise is 5-foot-7, 140 pounds, black hair, brown eyes, and wears glasses.
