Tallahassee, FL- The residents of Tallahassee received a small taste of the grand Filipino culture.

On Saturday, Kleman Plaza hosted the first, public Pista sa Nayon festival, a historical Filipino town festival.

The Big Bend Filipino Association provided the cuisine. During the festival people watched fashion shows and demonstrations to learn more about the Filipino culture.

The festival is expected to grow in the coming years.
