TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- The FAMU community is coming together to pay tribute to a fallen Rattler.

Moise Joseph was gunned down last month, while trying to protect his girlfriend when her ex-husband confronted the couple.

Joseph, 30, had just started working at FAMU  as the coordinator of the Science Center.

On Friday, October 2 at 6 p.m., FAMU's Student Success Center is hosting a memorial service in Joseph's honor.  It's at the Eternal Flame.
