JACKSON COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - A Marianna woman is behind bars after local deputies say she broke into an ambulance while high on meth.

According to documents, Jackson County deputies received reports of a woman walking on Park Ave in Alford, taking her clothes off and barking at the street on Tuesday.

Deputies say 23-year-old Devon Toole had entered a Jackson County ambulance that was parked at the station and activated the emergency lights.

When deputies responded to the scene, they found Toole inside of another vehicle. Toole had entered the vehicle without the permission of the owner and had no affiliation with the owner.

While investigating, deputies found that Toole had stolen items from the ambulance. Toole also admitted to being under the influence of meth.

According to documents, Toole was arrested and transported to the Jackson County Correctional Facility. She is being charged with burglary of a conveyance.
