Deputies Arrest Restaurant Owner for Illegally Selling Alcohol

GADSDEN COUNTY, FL (WTXL) - Gadsden County deputies said that a restaurant owner was arrested for selling alcohol without a license. 

The Gadsden County-Wide Drug Task Force said that 31-Year-Old Curtis James, who operates CJ's Lounge in Chattahoochee, was arrested on Saturday. 

They said James was arrested for selling alcohol without a license and also had an active misdemeanor warrant on a 2014 arrest for similar offenses.

James was transported to the Gadsden County Correctional Facility.
