TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL)- Tallahassee Police are on the scene of a fatal crash on Mission Road.
According to TPD:
"The Tallahassee Police Department is currently working a traffic crash on Mission Road near Gaffney Loop. During the crash, a power pole was taken down and lines are across the roadway with power outages in the area. Utility crews are working with Traffic Homicide Investigators and Patrol Officers at the scene and are asking motorists to avoid the area as the roadway is cleared.
Unfortunately, one person has died as result of the crash and investigators are currently processing all evidence and interviewing witnesses. TPD is asking anyone who may have witnessed the crash, but did not remain on scene, to please call them at (850) 891-4200."
