QUINCY, FL (WTXL) - A Gadsden County correctional officer was charged with felony sexual battery after being accused of having sex with an inmate according to the Florida Department of Corrections (FDC).
According to a probable cause document, the inmate said that in May, Travis Hinson forced her to have sex with him in the bathroom. Hinson was arrested Thursday after an investigation by the Office of Inspector General.
He is being held at the Gadsden County jail.
