TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A dark comedy will light up the stage at Leon High School on Friday.
Students will be performing in a play called, The Arsonists.
"It's put on by like 22 of us, and it's about this boasty man who allows these people into his home and not thinking that they will cause him harm, and they are really there to cause him harm," said Kelsey Gilmore, the assistant director of the play.
Gilmore is usually the one in the spotlight but this time she wanted to work behind the scenes. Erica Thaler with the Council on Culture and Arts can't say enough about the Leon High School's theatre program.
"Their theatre department is just top notch," said Thaler.
