TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - More than 200 people went to Florida State University Saturday to learn about health tips and women's empowerment.
It was part of Capital Regional Medical Center's seventh annual Women's Wellness Day.
People were able to learn about nutrition, medical treatments, and other tools that benefit women's health.
