THOMASVILLE, Ga. (WTXL)--Archbold Memorial Hospital has promoted Jim Carter from his position as vice president of administrative services to chief operating officer.
He has more than 22 years of healthcare experience, including more than 12 years in the Archbold system.
The hospital says he joined Archbold in 2002 as ambulatory care center director. He has served in many leadership roles since then.
Carter is married to Christa Carter. They have two children, Louis and Sam.
