Lowndes Co. Ga-- Lowndes County Animal Shelter has announced that they are out of dogs to adopt.
The shelter says that thanks to the hard work of their staff, all available dogs were adopted or rescued over the weekend.
According to the animal shelter, that the visual of the empty dog kennels speaks volumes to the commitment the shelter staff has to creating better opportunities for animals.
It also creates an opportunity to educate the community and help to make this situation the norm rather than the exception.
