TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- It's all about The Edison in this What's to Eat!
The restaurant is set to open this month at Cascades Park.
Chef John Minas joined us on WTXL Sunrise for a sneak peak at the upcoming menu. He's the brains behind the menu.
Minas, the former chef to Florida's First Family, created internationally-inspired cuisine, "infused with Middle Eastern, Southern, and Yankee influences."
