TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - This morning on Second Cup we are talking about frivolous lawsuits after a woman decided to sue Starbucks because they put too much ice in her coffee.
The lawsuit is seeking millions of dollars on behalf of Starbucks customers who have bought a cold drink in the last ten years.
The woman claims that the drinks advertise a certain number of ounces of liquid but that half of that number is actually just ice.
After hearing about this lawsuit, it got us thinking about some other crazy lawsuits we've seen out there.
