TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Getting all dolled up for Valentine's Day is a tradition many people take part in so this morning on Second Cup, we are looking at some make-up tips that you may be able to use this year.
Alicia Couri is a make-up artist from AC Beauty and came in to demonstrate on several of our staff some essential "smokey-eye" tips.
