TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- If tea isn't quite your cup of tea, this Pinterest Party might help change your mind.
Laura Mann from All Things Tea joined us on WTXL Sunrise to teach us a thing or two about tea.
Mann says, "Most of America grew up with iced tea and bagged tea. There is a world of difference in premium loose leaf tea compared with the "dust or fanning" grade tea found in most commercial tea bags."
The shop is hosting an event to introduce people to tea and its many flavors.
Those taking part will learn about the history of tea, how it's made and its many health benefits. You'll also have a "tea flight" of six varieties: black, green, white, oolong, puerh, and rooibos.
Mann says it's a chance to learn how to pour a perfect cup and take home a sample of tea to test your new skills.
Introduction to Tea is Thursday, February 4 at 6:30 p.m. at All Things Tea (2764 Capital Circle Northeast). It's $35 to take part and space is limited.
