TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Hundreds of job seekers showed up to a Thursday morning/afternoon job fair hosted by Workforce Plus.
Over 80 employers were at the event, which was held in the Tallahassee-Leon County Civic Center.
Those looking to be employed had ample amounts of resumes ready to be given to potential employees. They were from all walks of life.
For example, ABC 27's Patty Santos interviewed two women who said they lived in homeless transitional housing and were looking for employment. One said that she learned a lot about all the different types of employment opportunities available in the area.
The job fair ended at 2 p.m. Thursday.
