Good News Show Team
Kristen Ledlow hosts “The Good News Show” weekdays at noon. She joined ABC 27 HD in August of 2010. Kristen graduated from Southeastern University with a double major in Communication and Broadcast in May of 2010, and was an All-American college volleyball player while in school. She interned with both WESH 2 News in Orlando in 2009 and ESPN in Los Angeles in 2010. Kristen was recently crowned “Miss Capital City USA” and enjoys getting involved in the community in her spare time. She also enjoys playing volleyball, watching ESPN and freelance writing. Kristen has a passion for seeing girls succeed, and volunteers her time speaking to organizations reaching out to young women.
Meteorologist Sean Parker can be seen on ABC 27 HD news at Sunrise starting at 5:30 and at Noon. Sean brings weather updates throughout the noon hour, including The Good News Show.
From New England to Colorado and now Florida, Sean has traveled across the country forecasting the weather. Prior to joining the ABC 27 HD Storm Team, Sean earned his degree in Meteorology from Lyndon State College in Northern Vermont. He then packed his bags and went to work for KREX-TV (CBS) in Grand Junction, Colorado were he spent 2 years predicting mountain blizzards and 100° desert heat.
