VALDOSTA, Fla. - Tyson Tyrone Fulton, 24, has been arrested for involvement in a shooting incident at the American Legion. The September 4 shooting left two persons injured. The victims were treated and released from South Georgia Medical Center.
Police were tipped off to Fultons whereabouts and the The Valdosta Police Department Narcotics Unit, along with assistance from the Lowndes County Narcotics Unit, located Fulton at a residence in the 200 block of Windsor Street. Fulton was taken into police custody without incident.
Fulton has been charged with 2 counts of aggravated assault, 1 count Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, and 1 count Possession of a Firearm During Commission of a Crime. Detectives are currently investigating the motive of the crime. Fulton is currently being held at the Lowndes County Jail.

VALDOSTA, Ga. - Valdosta Police are looking for two wanted suspects, Tyson Fulton and Sean Dawkins. Fulton is wanted for being a suspect in a shooting incident with the American Legion, and Dawkins is wanted in reference to a domestic violence incident.
The shooting at the American Legion took place Sunday, Sept. 4. Two people were shot and taken to the hospital. Their injuries were not life threatening and they were released later. Two arrests warrants have been issued on Fulton for aggravated assault, one for each victim. Other charges may still be filed.
Dawkins is wanted for aggravated stalking, kidnapping, false imprisonment, theft by taking (auto), financial transaction card theft, six counts of financial transaction card fraud and three counts of aggravated assault.
