9th Annual Road Runners Chili Cook-Off
The “Road Runners”, a group of motorcycle enthusiasts, are throwing their 9th annual chili cook-off bash to raise money for Big Bend Hospice.
Come sample the recipes of more than 30 different chilis at the field beside Shucker's Oyster Bar, 4806 Jackson Cove Road, Tallahassee, FL on Saturday, February 4, 2012 beginning at 1:00PM, with judging to begin at 4:00PM. The contest will include a 1st prize trophy and $100, a 2nd prize of $75, and/or $25 for the Best Decorated Table/Booth!
The public is invited for a fee of $8.00 for adults and $5 for kids 10 and under to both sample and judge the chili. The proceeds raised will be used for patient care at Big Bend Hospice.
This event is fun for the whole family so come out to see some gorgeous motorcycles, listen to some great music, try the amazing variety of chili offered, and enjoy the festive atmosphere!
