HAVANA, FL (WTXL) -- You won't have to travel far this weekend to get the Kentucky Derby experience.
On Saturday, the nonprofit For the City Events is hosting its inaugural "Derby Day at Dover" at the WC Dover Farm in Havana.
Grab a mint julep, enjoy a Southern-style dinner, and watch the famous "Run of the Roses" -- all to benefit the Good Samaritan Network and the Chelsea House, a Tallahassee-based organization supporting homeless women and their children.
The event runs from 4 to 9 p.m. on Saturday, May 2. Tickets are $75.
