TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- The animals are also getting into the holiday spirit!
This December marks the 20th annual Santa Paws Walk fundraiser.
It's hosted each holiday season by TREATS, Inc, to support medical aid and spay-neuter surgeries for pets in need.
Those involved say there's a walk around Lake Ella with Santa himself. Plus, 10 dog contests complete with trophies.
Don't forget the Parade of "Reindogs," full of animals up for adoption.
Anyone who takes part is also encouraged to bring canned goods to donate. Everything collected will go back to local veterans and their pets.
The Santa Paws Walk is Saturday, December 12 from 9 a.m. until noon at Lake Ella at the Gazebo.
Tickets are $20 for entry before $20 and $25 at the event.
