TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL)-- Dozens of students use the summer to move to Tallahassee for college and dozens move away to start their professional careers. But an online resource is finding a way to help students get rid of their unnecessary items while keeping streets clean.

The website is linked to official student accounts. So if you're not a current student you can't use the database.

Students can exchange, buy, and sell used and unused items. Furniture, clothing, and school related items all for grabs on the site.

The founder of the website explained how it works.

Brad Stinson said, "Lightly or gently used goods are thrown away at the end of the school year every single year. What we potentially do is give students a platform where instead of throwing away these goods they can exchange them and sell them, buy them, trade with other people."
