QUINCY, Fla. (WTXL) -- A former Nole and NFL player is giving back to his hometown.

Leroy Smith is once again hosting the fifth annual Win Win camp for kids.

Win Win stands for What's Important Now, Work Is Necessary. It's a camp offering lessons on football, cheerleading and character building.

Smith says he tracks the progress of some of the young athletes who have taken part, and they have improved school attendance and grades.

Plus, former and current players from the NFL and FSU football will be on hand as well.

Leroy Smith joined us on WTXL Midday for all the details of his summer seminar. Click the thumbnail to see the interview.

The Win Win Camp is Saturday, July 25, from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m.

It's at the Corry Field in Quincy, and is open to kids ages five through 17. Cost is $30.

There's also a Heath Day for parents who want to stay and get some exercise as well.
