Celebrity Chef Hosting Benefit Dinner for TCC Foundation

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) --The Tallahassee Community College Foundation is hosting a new signature benefit dinner, and bringing in a big name chef to help with the cause!

The Cleaver and Cork benefit dinner includes a four-course meal and wine pairings, with many local farm to table options. There's also a silent action and wine pull-down. 

The inaugural event will feature the culinary talents of celebrity chef, restaurateur, cookbook author, and TV personality, Chef Richard Blais.

Chef Blais gained national notoriety after winning Bravo's Top Chef All-Stars. He also regularly appears as a host and judge on Food Network and Bravo. Chef Blais has worked in some of the most prestigious restaurants in around the world,  including The French Laundry, Daniel, Chez Panisse and el Bulli.

The Cleaver and Cork benefit dinner is March 4 from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. at the Goodwood Museum (1600 MIccosukee road).

Tickets are $150 per person or $250 per couple.
