WINTER PARK, Fla. (AP) - Authorities say one burglary suspect was shot during a home invasion, and central Florida police are looking for two others.
Winter Park police Sgt. Frank Cowart told the Orlando Sentinel that officers responded to burglary call shortly after noon Thursday.
Officials say a suspect vehicle later crashed in Maitland, and three men tried to flee on foot. Officers arrested a suspect who was suffering from a gunshot wound, but the other two escaped.
Cowart says it's not clear who shot the suspect, but it wasn't police.
The wounded suspect wasn't immediately named.
