Ga. teen charged with making threats on Facebook
A Paulding County high school student has been arrested on charges he made threats on Facebook. Paulding County Sheriff's spokesman Capt. Brandon Gurley says the 16-year-old was taken into custody Thursday morning after parents called authorities about the teen's comments on the popular social networking website.

Teen killed trying to get on bus laid to rest
A Tallahassee teen killed by a car while trying to get on a bus was laid to rest September 8th. Wednesday, family and friends mourned the loss of 16-year-old Steven Gurule at Bethel AME Church on Orange Avenue.

New FAMU dorms could be open as early as next school year
New dorms could be open at Florida A&M as early as the next school year. With enrollment at its highest ever the university is taking efforts to make more dorms available to meet increasing requests for campus housing.
